Affordability and healthcare came up again and again as I talked with people across the Iron Range. Families are struggling with rising costs, and people are worried about access to healthcare as hospitals face serious challenges across our district.

Here’s the difference. Pete voted against ending the war with Iran (6 times!). I believe we need to end the war and reduce our dependence on foreign oil so Minnesotans aren't left paying the price of decisions made in Washington.

I’ve spent the last 10 months showing up across northern and central Minnesota, holding more than 190 events (well 200, now!) in communities throughout the district. That’s what representation should look like: listening, being accessible, and understanding what people need.

Here’s the difference. Pete hasn't stood up to keep Minnesota iron ore and the jobs that come with processing it here at home. I want to see Minnesota iron ore turned into Minnesota steel, creating good-paying union jobs in our region.

Here’s the difference. Pete voted against capping insulin costs and giving Medicare the power to negotiate lower prescription drug prices. I support both. People shouldn't have to pay more for the medications they need.

Here’s the difference. Pete talks about fighting fraud, but accountability can't depend on which party is responsible. My approach is to follow the facts, use my experience managing multiple federal budgets, and hold people accountable regardless of party.
