Q: I’m told that Vivek Ramaswamy left you a congratulatory phone call. Have the two of you spoken at all?
Governor-elect @AmyActonOH: We can’t normalize behavior like this. It was so beyond the pale, so no, I have no intention of speaking to him. Leaders’ words matter and we need to hold folks accountable.

The future of the music industry is here at Howard.
Multiplatinum-selling artist Q Parker recently visited the Warner Music/Blavatnik Center for Music Business at Howard University to share his insights on independence, ownership, and resilience in the entertainment industry. Students engaged in a candid discussion about navigating the music business, building collaborative teams, and staying true to their artistic vision.
Empowering the next generation of creators to build their own tables and leave an enduring mark on the industry.

Congratulations to Mayor-elect Janeese Lewis George, Delegate-elect Robert White, and all of DC’s newly elected and returning leaders!
This is a historic moment for DC as we prepare to welcome a new Mayor for the first time in 12 years and a new Delegate for the first time in 35 years.
The Mayor-elect is already off to a strong start by assembling an excellent transition team led by Executive Director Jennifer Levy and staffed with a number of exceptional current and former leaders from the Office of the Attorney General.
DC is strongest when its leaders work together. I'm looking forward to continuing to stand shoulder to shoulder as we fight to defend DC’s autonomy and ensure the District is safe and affordable for everyone who lives, works, and visits here.
