With VT Ablation Giants in NYC. The best part of the meeting is reconnecting with old friends. @Ed_Gerst @utedrow @JRWinterfield

Sequence2 @JNJMedTech! A redesigned pulsed field waveform cut delivery time from 20 to 3.8 s, with zero catheter thrombus/char, few to no microbubbles, and durable PVI in every group. Preclinical study with promising results. #freeread

The EP fellowship is central to our academic mission. We have expanding complex ablation volumes and bench-to-bedside research. This is the best training opportunity in academic EP. Deadline approaching. Fellows: DM me for more information. @UChicagoCardio @UChicagoMed #EPeeps.
More data from our multicenter cohort of VF ablation patients. In this paper, @RobNKerley describes Purkinje electrogram characteristics seen in idiopathic VF vs. VF associated with structural heart disease.

Adjunctive Purkinje Denetworking at the time of ablation led to improved VT/VF-free survival in VT patients with a history of shocks for PMVT/VF. Pardigm shifting approach.

The next session will be at 12:30 and will feature world renown ablation experts. Take escalators down and make a left.
A fantastic hands on learning opportunity! @True_EP @Nishaki1 @TheSteigasaurus @KolaAgboolaMD @CMTschabrunn #HRS2026
Calling all Fellows in Chicago! Hands on Ablation Sills Session happening now! We are in the basement this year N230B right under the exhibit hall. #HRS2026
There may be concerns about lesion size/durability when using higher irrigation rates to cool PFA electrodes. We performed experiments using an in vitro model to demonstrate the equivalence of cellular electroporation at different irrigation rates.

This was especially apparent in patients with persistent atrial fibrillation. Almost every patient with peAF had some degree of sleep apnea in this cohort.
Symptomatic atrial fibrillation may be the presenting sign for undiagnosed sleep apnea. This is another way we can help our patients. A privilege to be part of this project.

Our star EP Fellow Rob Kerley (winner of the VT Innovation Award) wrote up our experience using ICD electrograms to target fascicular substrate to ablate VF. When combined with a HPSD RF we observed very favorable outcomes.

Free read at @JICE_EP. There are many variables to consider for PFA. We examined one parameter (interpulse delay) and found that lesions were larger when the time between pulses was increased, regardless of total energy delivered.

It has started! 20th VT Symposium. Not too late to get online. #vtsymposium
We’ve seen this phenomenon with all PFA catheters delivering energy on or very near to exposed metal. Stay tuned for a more thorough evaluation to be published in the near future.
