Jesus prayed it for every believer through the ages: "Sanctify them by Your truth. Your word is truth" (John 17:17). Sanctify my marriage. My family. This community. This nation, by Your truth.

The church abdicated her role as the primary voice that shapes the next generation from the Word of God. We outsourced to the world when we already had the resource: the Word.

Be salt. Delay the decay. Parents: you are the gatekeepers of your homes. If the church will not form the next generation from the Word, the feed will.

"Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil..." Isaiah 5:20 When a culture calls a man a woman and expects the church to clap, the problem is not vocabulary. It is worldview.

The church has been asleep at the wheel. You can attend, pray, and read Scripture — and still think unbiblical thoughts. Hearers only. James 1:22.

And these: • Jesus is Savior and Lord • Scripture is absolute truth • Faith makes you faithful Barna's "integrated disciples" are often strong on the gospel and weak on family and the value of life (~49%). That gap matters.

A biblical worldview rests on pillars like these: • God is Creator • Humans are made in His image • Sin is real • There is a real enemy Without those, the rest collapses.

Only 4% of American adults have a biblical worldview. Six or seven in ten still call themselves Christian. Calling yourself Christian ≠ seeing the world through the Word. A thread:

God is not asking permission to reign. He is announcing the certainty of His supremacy. His throne is not vacant.

Sardis lived on rosters and registers. Being removed was great shame. Jesus says: "I will not blot out his name from the Book of Life; but I will confess his name before My Father and before His angels" (Revelation 3:5). Earth's reputations fade. Christ's recognition endures.

Gunmen opened fire on a funeral at St. George's Greek Orthodox Church in Karak, Jordan. Nine Christians killed. They came to bury their dead and were buried beside them. "I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in Me, though he may die, he shall live" (John 11:25).

There's only one head of the church of Jesus Christ, and it's no pastor, and it's no priest, and it is not even the pope. Jesus Christ Himself is the head of His church. "And He is the head of the body, the church" (Colossians 1:18).

Outward activity does not equal inward productivity. Just because there's motion on the outside does not mean there's life on the inside. Jesus pierces through the noise.

Discernment: when your eyesight comes into alignment with God's sight. That's what produces insight. They don't let headlines or culture wars write the narrative. They look to the Book. What does God say?

Jesus exposes us not to shame us but to save us. He offers gold refined in fire, white garments, and eyes that finally see. Close the gap. Whatever is between you and Jesus, would you surrender it?

"You say, 'I am rich'... but you are wretched, miserable, poor, blind, and naked." Revelation 3:17 Draw a line from you say to you are. That gap is where this church lived, and where many of us do.

"I know your works, that you are neither cold nor hot... I will vomit you out of My mouth." Revelation 3:15-16 Lukewarm doesn't mean lazy. It means worldly: one foot in the Word and one foot in the world.
