Two of the major midterm election fraud tactics used by the embedded bureaucracy to make stealing the election possible were: a 15% Republican votes switched to dumocrat votes algorithm by voting machines (yes, even in Florida) to win while shifting all of the United States of America blue (impossible). And because they knew the 15% would not be enough, they had to add 24,662,998 new voters between 2024 and 2026 to complete the steal.

Stephen Miller has spent the last 22 months very subtly giving the American People a civics lesson.
His consistent overall message has been, that “the President reserves the right to exercise all necessary authorities to protect the Homeland, in times of invasion or incursion”.
Miller has given a very similar form of this answer countless times, and it all revolves around Presidential emergency powers and National Security.
Miller has been steadily reminding the media and the American People, that the Commander in Chief ultimately has the legal authority and RESPONSIBILITY to defend the Homeland and enforce federal law.

If the ODNI/DOJ/DHS are using Super Intelligence to cross reference state voter data with federal citizenship data, theoretically, we could pinpoint every single illegal voter, as well as their address on record when they voted.
In other words, by the Dems letting all their illegals vote in the election, they just gave Trump the location of all their illegal voters.
Then the Stephen Miller promotion comes into play. What is Miller known for? NATSEC and Presidential emergency powers, including pushing for the suspension of habeas corpus to stop the migrant invasion.
What if Trump wanted the Dems to let their illegals vote in the election, so he could use SI to create a grid of all their illegals, so he could then use emergency powers to conduct mass deportations on all the illegals interfering in our elections?
