OG Life is Strange Developer DON'T NOD is in danger of complete insolvency & massive layoffs:
- DON’T NOD is facing possible insolvency, with the worst-case scenario reportedly involving the company’s liquidation
- Up to 85 positions could be affected by major restructuring
- DON’T NOD has entered safeguard proceedings in France as they attempt to address the financial situation
- Employees have accused management of alleged illegal practices during the restructuring process
- The union warns that the proposed layoffs could jeopardize the studio’s remaining game in development
• Employees have reportedly been dealing with prolonged uncertainty and anxiety over the studio’s future
- The studio has struggled with a string of underperforming releases in recent years

The engine swap is complete.
We migrated all ~150 internal events from our old Postgres/Redis polling system to BullMQ. The result is a massive performance increase across both Emberly Cloud and self-hosted instances.
Background tasks are now near instant. Speed runs deep.
