Ken Paxton Reversal: Texas Values Action Recommends Paxton for Senate, and 2026 Midterm Election Endorsements by Texas Values Action After withdrawing its endorsement for Ken Paxton last summer and taking no action during the Republican Primary Run-off election in May, Texas Values Action has announced that it is confidently recommending Ken Paxton for U. S. Senate in Texas, over radical liberal James Talarico. “If you care about Texas, do not “skip” the U. S. Senate race on the ballot. While we have had our concerns at times regarding Ken Paxton’s personal life, James Talarico is one of the most radical, liberal, and dangerous candidates we have ever seen in Texas, including misleading voters about what the Bible says on important issues. Talarico has even said he’s a “Christian who hates Christianity.” However, as Texas Attorney General, Ken Paxton and his team have consistently defended every Texas values law in court. When Christians vote, we win. When Christians stay home, we lose. We have to show up every election cycle. That’s the only way we keep Texas, Texas. Our children and grandchildren are counting on us to protect the values that make Texas exceptional." -@JonathanSaenzTX, President & Attorney for Texas Values Action Early Voting: Monday, October 19 – Friday, October 30, 2026, 7:00 A.M. – 7:00 P.M. Democrat candidate James Talarico voted against current Texas law which outlaws harmful child gender modification. No child deserves a false sense of hope from the unscientific idea that they are not really the sex they were born.
