UFL SPECIALIST COVERAGE

VERY important distinction here, which makes the #UFL draft pool make a lot more sense. 2027 NFL draft candidates are not in the UFL's upcoming draft pool, it was a mistake on the original press release. Updated terms: - All 2026 NFL Draft eligible players are in the pool (even if signed/drafted by NFL) - 2023-2025 NFL Draft classes are only in the pool IF they were on an NFL roster following June 13th, and are now free agents

Brandon Aubrey and 50+ yard field goals...name a better combo. Aubrey, the former Stallion, scored 12 points last night - including this 55 yard kick early in the 1Q. Was 100% on attempts throughout the night. #UFLtoNFL

It's official: the Rhode Island Breakers are coming to the #UFL in 2027. Absolutely love the name choice. Colors and branding to be revealed shortly at launch event this afternoon.

#UFL To NFL Watch, Week 4: @UFLDefenders WR Chris Blair, #Falcons @BattlehawksUFL DT LaCale London, Falcons @UFLStorm TE Shawn Bowman, #Cardinals @UFLStallions EDGE Dondrea Tillman, #Broncos @UFLGenerals WR KaVontae Turpin, #Cowboys @UFLGamblers CB Ameer Speed, Cowboys @UFLStallions K Brandon Aubrey, Cowboys @UFLStallions WR Kevin Austin Jr., #Saints @BattlehawksUFL K Andre Szmyt, #Browns @UFLBrahmas LS Rex Sunahara, Browns @UFLDefenders P Daniel Whelan, #Packers Detroit and Minnesota are on a bye, so we won't see their UFL talent in action this weekend.

2026 #UFL Draft Details: - 15 Rounds - Teams can select players at any position - Teams can pass, or opt out of draft, at any point - Draft pool includes 2027 rookies (whether or not they've signed NFL contracts), along with players from 2023-2026 NFL Draft eligible classes who have been on an NFL roster at any point since the United Bowl in June Obviously, this is a "rights" draft as alluded to last month, as it always has been. Players will need to actually sign contracts before joining the UFL.

Also worth noting: CB Jayden Price (Saints) & K Harrison Mevis (Rams) were released over the past few days. Former #UFL alumni who I expect will land somewhere in the near future.

For the first time ever, the #UFL is live streaming a draft. On November 18th, the United Football League will be holding their supplemental draft for all eight teams. The first two rounds will be broadcast on NFL Network, beginning at 8pm ET.

#UFLtoNFL: Former DC #Defenders punter Daniel Whelan has been on a heater this season with the #Packers. Averaged 55.3 yards per punt in Green Bay's 31-7 shellacking of the Bears. Longest punt recorded as 75 yards. Just watch how he flips the field on this boot:

Lots of #UFL action this weekend: - LaCale London, Dondrea Tillman, Jalen Redmond impress in trenches - Daniel Whelan continues his outstanding season - Ameer Speed showcasing his skills in Dallas All of that, and more ⤵️
