@UIDAI Dear Team,My uncle's Aadhaar has been deactivated for reasons that have not been clearly explained to him. He is 62 years old and has visited multiple Aadhaar centres seeking assistance, but unfortunately his requests have not been resolved.
My uncle visited the Visakhapatnam Aadhaar Centre again today and filed a complaint. The disappointing part is that the staff have no clue why the card was deactivated.
Still no response to my repeated requests! My Aadhaar biometric and mobile update issues remain unresolved despite multiple attempts and complaints. @UIDAI @GoI_MeitY @PMOIndia Please intervene urgently. #Aadhaar
You do not need to wait for your Aadhaar Letter. You can download your e-Aadhaar anytime from: myaadhaar.uidai.gov.in/genri…. e-Aadhaar is a digitally signed legally valid document and is as valid as the Aadhaar Letter. If the mobile number is not registered, you can Order a PVC card delivered to your address via Speed Post from: myaadhaar.uidai.gov.in/

आधार में आपके पते में अब सिर्फ़ C/o ही आता है. आप अपने पिताजी का नाम C/o फील्ड में अपडेट कर सकते हैं. इसके लिए किसी भी नज़दीकी आधार केंद्र पर जाएँ और अपना पता अपडेट करने का निवेदन करें. फॉर्म भरते समय, आप पिताजी का नाम दें और बाकि पता पहले जैसे भर दें. आपका कोई भी अन्य एड्रेस प्रूफ जिसमें यही पता हो इसके लिए पूर्ण होगा. इसके अलावा, यदि आपके पास अपना आधार से जुड़ा मोबाइल नंबर है तो आप यह अपडेट ऑनलाइन (myaadhaar.uidai.gov.in/) भी कर सकते हैं.

और लिंक होने में कितना टाइम लगेगा? और अगर ऑनलाइन से हो सकता है तो प्रकिया किया है ?

आधार ऐप में फोन नंबर अपडेट करने की प्रक्रिया पूरी तरह सुरक्षित है और दो चरणों में होती है:
01. पुराने रजिस्टर किए गए मोबाइल नंबर पर OTP: उपयोगकर्ता को अपने पुराने नंबर पर भेजा गया OTP दर्ज करना होगा।
02. फेस वेरिफिकेशन: पहचान सुनिश्चित करने के लिए फेस वेरिफिकेशन भी करना होगा।
केवल जब दोनों चरण सफलतापूर्वक पूरे हो जाएं, तभी उपयोगकर्ता नया फोन नंबर ऐप में अपडेट कर सकता है।
यदि उपयोगकर्ता के पास पुराने मोबाइल नंबर की पहुंच नहीं है, तो उसे ऐप के माध्यम से नंबर अपडेट करने की अनुमति नहीं है। इस स्थिति में उपयोगकर्ता को निकटतम आधार सेंटर जाकर फोन नंबर अपडेट करवाना होगा। यह तरीका यह सुनिश्चित करता है कि केवल असली उपयोगकर्ता ही अपने नंबर में बदलाव कर सके, जिससे सुरक्षा बनी रहती है।
