#Ravens first-round guard Vega Ioane, one of the NFL’s best rookies this season, suffered an MCL sprain against the #Bengals, sources tell me and @MikeGarafolo. It’s considered to be a short-term injury, though he will miss a little time.

Lazy journalism. He wasn't even running.

Brandon Noble on Ravens: "The key is Lamar... I love Lamar, I love watching the Ravens. But he is not available enough to be the guy right now... Which is why NFL teams don't like these QBs that run this much... He has to prove he can be on the field consistently." #RavensFlock

Down but not out.. Great to have Edgar at our watch party in Warrington yesterday. #RavensFlock

Pretty brutal defeat, even without Lamar and with a bunch of injuries. The defensive head coach has a D that's playing much like the one from the last two seasons. Lots to fix, and the Bills are up next.

The Bengals go up 28-13 with around eight minutes left in the game and it's hard to see how this one isn't over.

The increase in missed tackles in the second half is extraordinary. The defense just loses it mentally.

Too easy once again as the Bengals add another TD. Ravens down 8. It's a one score but feels like it might as well be three scores, the way they're playing.

Just looked it up and "interiorly" is indeed an adverb in English. Apologies to JJ Watt. I will not be taking any further questions at this time.

I admire JJ Watt's efforts to make "interiorly" a word but it nevertheless is not a word.

Yeah, can't trust them.

Third quarter ends with the Ravens pondering whether to go for it on fourth and short. This has been a good drive but I have zero faith in this offense. Glad I'm not making the call.

"Intramediate" isn't a word either, JJ. Speaking words is harder than you'd think.

All four of us on the podcast this week said if Huntley plays, the Ravens lose. So here we are. Ravens trail 14-13. Any players going to make a play to stop the slide? Any coaches have brainwaves? Or are we off to 4-3?

So what did the defense learn from that first drive?

Oh, and special teams collapsing now. Wow. Top notch bottle job brewing here.

And the offense goes three and out. We're playing the hits, folks!

The second half will be an interesting test for Minter too. The Bengals cut through his defence with ease on that drive. What's he got in the bag?

The Bengals clearly made some halftime adjustments and their first drive ends with a TD. Tyler Huntley and his banged-up o-line need to do more than get field goals for the rest of this one.

That sack ends the half. The Ravens have now shut out the Bengals in six straight quarters going back to last season.
