Ignore the noise Trump lost the House and Senate, but his immigration, economic, and trade policies stay in place. He still controls enforcement, tariffs, and executive actions. The border funding is locked through 2029. Democrats can block new bills, they cannot reverse the tariffs or reopen the border.

I am disgusted by the brutal attack on a Canadian Armed Forces member supervising young cadets selling poppies in Hamilton. He stepped in after the cadets were assaulted. He was left with injuries police describe as life-altering. He was helping young Canadians honour those who served. He should have gone home safely to his family. No child should fear violence while selling a poppy. No Canadian should be brutalized for standing up for them. Those responsible for this cowardly attack must face the full consequences of the law. My prayers are with this member, his family, and the young cadets affected by this horrific violence. As Remembrance Day approaches, wear your poppy proudly. Support our veterans. And stand with the Canadians who serve and protect us.

Forty-two years ago this week, Sikh families across India, and especially in Delhi, were hunted in their homes and in the streets. Thousands were killed in just a few days, and most of the people responsible have never been held to account. We call it what it was: a genocide, and Ontario was the first legislature in Canada to recognize it as one. On Sunday I joined the sangat at Gurdwara Guru Nanak Mission Centre to remember the lives taken and honour the survivors and families who have kept their memory alive. I’ll keep standing with Sikh Ontarians in the fight for truth, justice and your safety here at home, for as long as it takes.

Calgary conservative MP Amanpreet Singh Gill paid tribute in the Canadian Parliament to the victims of the November 1984 Sikh Genocide. #NeverForget1984 This year, several Canadian politicians from across party lines have issued statements remembering the victims and condemning the state sponsored pogrom against the Sikh community in India.

🚨 BREAKING: THE U.S. HAS STRUCK IRAN American forces have reportedly destroyed an Iranian missile launcher on Qeshm Island after Iranian forces fired an anti-aircraft missile toward a U.S. aircraft near the Strait of Hormuz. Washington says the operation was carried out in self-defense. This is a dangerous escalation. Iran just got another reminder that threatening American forces comes with consequences. Praying for the safety of every American service member tonight. 🇱🇷 This is all happening eve of midterm elections...could it sway voters?

🕯️ November 1984 — wounds that time cannot erase. They were mothers, fathers, children and neighbours. They were loved. Their lives were stolen, but their memory lives on in every family that still carries their absence. US MEDIA INTERNATIONAL honours the innocent victims of the Sikh Genocide and stands with survivors and families still waiting for truth, justice and accountability. We remember with grief. We stand with dignity. We raise our voices so future generations may live without fear. Never Forget. Never Again. Justice for the Sikh Genocide. Khalistan through peaceful self-determination. #SikhGenocide1984
