1 Good Trade a Day is all you need to be profitable don't overcomplicate it. 5 base hits is much better than chasing homeruns

The median trader posted about 40 trades in Q3 and hit +50% on about 40% of them. Posting more trades didn't lead to a higher hit rate. As for flagged traders.. LOL
