The fact that Wilcox and Berrada's performance at United wouldn't qualify them for any role at any top club in the world says it all about how poorly they've served at United.
Clubs like Madrid, Bayern, Arsenal, Inter and Barcelona are ruthless with top executives the same way they're ruthless with sacking coaches for poor results or selling players who don't perform. If you don't deliver results, you're out.
Berrada and Wilcox are just a CEO and Sporting Director obsessed with their relationship from City to the detriment of United's sporting ambitions.
They're only still employed at United because the Glazers and Jim Ratcliffe are afraid of what a real sporting project costs - billions, with competent people in post challenging their wapped understanding of football. Berrada and Wilcox give them a fake impression the current team is good enough to compete in Europe and the league.
