I got into Minecraft because it gave me a place to escape from the life problems I was going thru.
I had just bought a house and car
Immediately lost my job
In the middle of requesting a fiance visa for my girlfriend (now wife) who was 9,000 miles away
And life just kinda sucked
Digging holes was a powerful escape for me and I still play it 17 years later
A level 1 viewer is looking for that kind of escape from whatever life is throwing at them
You can help by giving them consistent, uplifting, and focused content
Try not to bring in real world stuff. No real world drama, politics, news, or anything. People are trying to get away from all of that
Lean into level 2 where you can
Monetize with ads and supporter stuff. Don't interrupt the viewer experience with sponsorship reads unless it really fits and you can keep it short

On this day in history, Harambe would have celebrated another birthday. An icon that became part of internet history, American culture, and an entire generation’s timeline.
Tomorrow marks 10 years since we lost him. Ten years since the moment the world stopped scrolling and collectively mourned something bigger than a meme.
He became a symbol of loyalty, strength, chaos, unity, and the strange beauty of the internet bringing millions of people together for one cause: never forgetting Harambe.
Everyone remembers where they were when they heard the news. And somehow, a decade later, his legacy still lives on.

People want FREE consume content…
But complain about ads…
They complain about sponsors…
They complain about asking for donations …
They complain about promoting merchandise…
They complain if you have a membership with exclusives…
They complain if you promote a product or service for .01% of people who can afford it…
They complain if you can’t make the highest quality “bangers”…
They complain over how much you do or don’t pay your team…
They complain when you take a break…
And GOD FORBID, you suggest that they can support Creators Ad FREE for less than $18 a month… with YouTube Premium and get YouTube Music… and the ability to watch downloads offline…
Cheap for the 500-1000 hours a year of FREE content they consume… considering it’s 1-2 hours of minimum wages for 50-80 hours of content they watch… or literally one less DoorDash meal…
They will call YOU the entitled one… 🤦🏾♂️
I have no intention of changing a single person’s mind reading this.
This is just me saying what MOST content creators are probably thinking but won’t say out loud…
They are forgetting that the only people who do this and NOT care about money back in the day…
We’re literal children… and people who already have money…
And they will pull the “get a real job be” and then immediately complain that there is nothing good to watch… 🤦🏾♂️
Or that everything is AI SLOP.
They don’t even actually want to support human creators…
They want someone else to do it and to just consume…
And for nobody to ever dare call it out.

It's a funny thing that when you work with an agency that tries to save $10 and afterwards spends $50 to compensate for that $10 extra bucks in time and effort.
Spending that $10 to save in terms of time could have made them $1000 in returns.

Quiet-STaR: “Researchers gave AI an 'inner monologue' and it massively improved its performance”
“Scientists trained an AI system to think before speaking. The inner monologue improved common sense reasoning and doubled math performance.”
How it works: “The method trains AI systems to think before they respond to prompts, just as many people consider what we should say next before we speak.”
“This is different from the way scientists have trained mainstay AI chatbots, like ChatGPT, which don't "think" about what they write or anticipate different possibilities for the next steps in a conversation.
Dubbed "Quiet-STaR," the new method instructs an AI system to generate many inner rationales in parallel before responding to a conversational prompt.
When the AI answers prompts, it generates a mixture of these predictions, printing the best answer.
Finally, it learns by discarding rationales that proved incorrect.
In effect, the training method gives AI agents the capacity to anticipate future conversations and learn from ongoing ones.
The researchers applied the Quiet-STaR algorithm to Mistral 7B. The Quiet-STaR-trained version of Mistral 7B scored 47.2% on a reasoning test versus 36.3% before any training. It still flunked a school math test, earning a score of 10.9%. But that was nearly double the starting score of 5.9% in the vanilla version.”

@TechCrunch reports a massive database that was left unsecured which
"included the contents of text messages sent to users, including one-time passcodes and password reset links for some of the world’s largest tech and online companies, including Facebook and WhatsApp, Google, TikTok, and others."
STOP USING OTP (One-Time-Password) to get authenticated into services!
Thankfully, many services that use OTP usually have a limited time lifespan before they become invalid.
But still.
This database exposed reset links and email addresses. So some social engineering can easily be done to get those people to "reset" their passwords.
Please only use Passkeys, an Authenticator app, and hardware keys.
