FUND MainNet Network Successful Upgrade 9/14/2023 $FUND MainNet network was upgraded to use the latest `und` application, v1.8.x, which updated the #Cosmos SDK to v0.46.15 and `ibc-go` to v5.3.1. Highlights of the upgrade: provided to us by @Jo_Chainmaster For Users: - Groups "Groups" provides functionality to define on-chain groups of people that can execute arbitrary messages based on agreed upon rules. A simple use-case of "Groups" is to create on-chain multisigs (with updateable members and thresholds), but "Groups" can also be used to create more complex DAOs. - Transaction Tips Transaction tips are a mechanism to pay for transaction fees using another currency than the native fee currency of the chain. - Min Commission Added the ability to set a minimum commission rate that all validators cannot set their commission rate below. For Developers/Node operators: - #9594 Remove legacy REST API. Please see the REST Endpoints Migration guide to migrate to the new REST endpoints. - #9995 Increased gas cost for creating proposals. - #11013 The tx gov submit-proposal command has changed syntax to support the new Msg-based gov proposals.
