I love history and so it needs to be honored. This gem had so much history in its detail from the turn of the century. From the hardwood floors to the detail over the windows. I'm calling her Rehab #6 for 2021 but I need to give her name. Suggestions?

Need your accounting records in order? Tax deadline looming? I can help.

Another happy customer. Thank you Kirk and Diamond for choosing us to paint your home and tile your kitchen backsplash. Enjoy these before and after pictures. unifiedhomesolutionsllc.com

Huge shout out to John Kissel for coordinating pick up for wood scraps and pallets from Habitat for Humanity to be used for the homeless in the tent city downtown. Thank you Sean Peters for helping us with this initiative.

Prior Project done in 2020. This is a beautiful home in Ballantyne in Charlotte, North Carolina. Worked with the owner to prepare the home for the market. We painted the entire home including interior walls and trim. Enjoy these pretty pictures. unifiedhomesolutionsllc.com

For the last few Sundays we have been bringing items to the homeless in the tent city downtown. Items needed: Small propane cylinders for table top camping stoves. Portable charcoal grills and charcoal. Smaller portable propane heaters. Canned food Tents Sleeping Bags Tarps

Still active in helping the homeless. There must be over 1,000 tents in the Tent City uptown. It is just so sad and they are so grateful. Asking for more firewood to keep them warm. If you can contribute bringing another load this Sunday.

Completed this project for a Charlotte area investor. We gave new life to an older deck for this rental home. Now its ready for a good painting. unifiedhomesolutionsllc.com

Heartfelt thank you to Chandler Blake Latu and Ashley Dillard for helping John and myself make 50 turkey sandwiches to help feed the homeless in the tent cities downtown. Firewood was also distributed as well (thank you Heather!)

Working with a great investor owner team in Stanley. So blessed and grateful for them. Another apartment rehab under our belts.

Customer needed the basement sealed and painted before putting this flip on the market. If anyone is interested in seeing this beautiful home located in Stanley just let me know! It will be on the market within the week.

Happy Thanksgiving. Enjoy your day with family and friends!
