Being ‘digitally excluded’ can prevent people from:
Accessing health and care services
Finding work and training opportunities
Connecting with friends and family
Managing income and finances
Getting better deals when buying goods and services.
Community Cohesion is at the core of what we do and what we stand for. Last week we had a brilliant community day at Acy Rd Centre which bought together all communities and showcased the great work that is happening. #youthwork #SocialAction
Our young people and parents had a brilliant time over the weekend climbing #pendlehill on a sponsored walk for their community. Well done to you all you were all amazing

Attention Youth Practitioners! Your expertise is invaluable in shaping the lives of young people. At UK Youth we’re asking #JustOneQuestion each month.
Last month we asked, “What's the best bit of advice you've been given about working with young people?” (1/6) 🧵👇

Grassroots Community Pantomime - Free for everyone 💟
A fantastic event organised by UCO, an organisation whose values of inclusion and celebrating differences align with the values of S.A.S. Rights Women! We are very discerning about who we align ourselves to, but we are very happy to work with Kay (UCO) and ensure that our grassroots activity really do benefit the local community 💟 #Fun #Friendships #CelebrateDifference #TacklingIsolation #MakingConnections #goingbeyondwindowdressings
If you wish to join our activities and be a part of a wider family of like-minded individuals - please email [email protected]
