If you turn off WiFi and go on cellular does that allow the TCP data?

What seems to be happening is that users who had the beta previously should go to Settings-General-Transfer or Reset iPhone: - Choose Reset Network Settings. You'll loose WiFi info, however users are reporting this works. It restores the TCP connection.

Typically when you can't see labels or users it's an issue with TCP ports being blocked. If you use Cellular instead of WiFi that might solve this for now.
