I think it was Celine Dion who said if they’ve heard you sing live and they know you can sing, you don’t have anything to prove. Beyoncé undoubtedly is a phenomenal vocalist. Whether it’s her live voice or prerecorded doesn’t change that.

Real hive knows that she lips and we genuinely don’t care lol. Her concerts are almost 3 hours. If she sang live that entire time for months at a time, she literally wouldn’t have a voice. This isn’t tea. And what makes her different is that it isn’t the studio track. She re-records.

lipped or not that performance is iconic, and it’s still referenced to this day. My issue with people talking about her lip syncing is that she’s doing it for performance purposes, not because she can’t do it live. The girls will can’t do what she’s doing pre-recorded or in the studio, or on stage, so everyone should just really calm down.

Michael Jackson lip synced. Like all the time. Beyonce sings live MORE than she lip syncs, but her lip syncing is ok. We know how strong and powerful her voice is to this DAY.
