This is why I’ve been a little quiet on social media lately.
Meet mausstudio.
Import your mouse PCB as an STL and start designing your own mouse shape.
The tool runs locally, using maths and algorithms. No AI involved in generating the geometry.
Still a work in progress.
Same settings.
Only difference was the option from symmetrical to ergo righthand.
And rotation of the model for printing for better surface quality
Never ever having to glue a battery into a shell.
I hated using the hot glue gun for this so many times.

PCB fits perfectly. No changes by hand where made.
Only issue rn is the screwhole size (I butchered that) & the scrollwheel, encoder preventing the clicks to work. Guess that’s a huge win.

Huge improvement. I realised that alot of 3D Models of PCBs are missing the scrollwheel or/and switches. So now there is a way to add placeholders for both.
It made me really excited to hear all your feedback and the excitement you all have for this.
You guys had some awesome ideas.

If any company or people wanna send over some PCB files I would greatly appreciate that. Because designing this tool is impossible being stuck on 5 PCBs that I’m using now for testing. Especially interesting would be sets with side button pcb.
And if you guys wanna contribute to this with STL files of Mouse PCBs especially with secondary boards for sideclicks. I would over beta acces in exchange for a few stls :D
