The young people in our Young Asylum Seeker and Refugee group loved getting their bikes. They have helped them travel more easily and get to know their new home area. Thanks to all involved in this amazing project! @ResBikesHgate @NewFutrsNet @MoJGovUK @MCFworkshops @MCFWorks

Great to be starting our partnerships with @MCFworkshops and @recycle_cycleUK offering training in refurbishing discarded bicycles. Workshops provide skills for potential future employment, as well as supporting communities in need in the UK and overseas.

Heading over to the other side of the pennines today to visit the bike workshop @WRAP174 . Looking forward to seeing the workshop in action and how much the residents have been learning about bike maintenance.

We've been super busy recently and our stocks of bikes to refurbish are running low. We need regular supplies of bikes to keep our workshops stocked and the trainees learning. If you have a bike that you no longer need please consider donating it to MCF. Thanks
