Friday night:
Take the wife to Italian restaurant for dinner.

Most people fail to achieve big goals because they’re not willing to do something small consistently.
You don’t write a book in a day. Write 500 words 6 days a week. You’ll have a book in about 5 months.
I went from a sketch to a live site and an edited launch video in about 24 hours. It's the fastest I've ever gotten an idea to production. Here's how I did it and every tool I used (for almost no money):
1. Sketch it on paper
The map started as a drawing in my notebook. I took a photo of it and sent it to Claude.
2. Build the site with Claude Code
Claude Code in the desktop app wrote and edited all of it. It's just HTML, CSS and JavaScript, no framework.

The map uses an experimental Chrome feature called HTML-in-Canvas, which draws real HTML buttons inside a canvas so screen readers and keyboards still work. If your browser doesn't support it, you get a normal version of the same map.

3. Put it on Cloudflare
The site is hosted free on Cloudflare Pages and deployed with their Wrangler CLI. I bought the domain on Cloudflare and Claude Code connected it to the site from the command line.

If you use Claude Code, paste this link into it and it will set up Cloudflare's skills and MCP server for you:
developers.cloudflare.com/ag…
4. Let Claude test before every deploy
Claude Code has a built-in browser. Before each deploy it clicked through the map, checked the spacing at phone and desktop sizes and looked for errors. After deploying it checked the live site too.
Claude Code also got Codex to make the link preview image.

The font is Atkinson Hyperlegible Next from Google Fonts, and I track visits with Google Analytics.

5. Research the hook
I asked Claude Code for hooks that have actually been tested. It pulled from BuzzSumo's study of 100 million headlines, Upworthy's A/B tests and John Caples' old ad split tests, and gave me 15. The one on the below post came from that list.
6. Record and edit the video
I recorded it in OBS. Claude Code did the whole edit and picked its own tools for it, FFmpeg for the editing and Whisper for the transcript. It cut the dead air and the ums, added captions, a header, chapter labels and zooms, and fixed the audio levels. I didn't open an editing app once. This part still kind of amazes me tbh.

If you're launching an actual business, you might want to set up a way to collect emails (I'd use SQLite), and to send emails (Cloudflare again).
Total cost was $10.46 for the domain. Everything else was completely free (s/o @Cloudflare). I already had the $100 Claude plan but you can build simple sites with the $20 if you're on a budget.
It was just a fun exercise to challenge myself to get something out as quick as possible. I will be using this system a lot more going forward instead of dealing with VPS bills.

This might be super obvious but whenever you feel that resistance stopping you from doing something, you have to take action instantly.
It could be the smallest thing like opening your laptop, plugging in your mic, logging into a dashboard.
One action leads to another.
The NBA video to police harrassment pipeline never fails on this app.
@elonmusk I’m just here for sports and tech man.
Dial the chill button on the algorithm please 🙏
If you can’t do 50 pushups I need you to do whatever you can to get to 50 by Christmas. This is important.
Anyone else in SEO come across this before? Local biz added emoji stars to their name. This pulls into ChatGPT and makes it look like they’re favored over other results. Kinda smart, but how does this get past Google? One of the biggest companies in the world cant prevent it?
Leg day at home with just dumbbells fried my quads 🤯
2x Squats to failure
2x Bulgarian split squats to failure
2x Leg raises w/ kettle ball to failure
That’s all it took. I got the train til failure thing from Mike Mentzer but since I have lighter dumbbells I just doubled up.
I have both Anthony Edwards & Jalen Duren in my fantasy squad and for a 2nd straight year my top pick gets injured.
I’m like 4 games in about to throw in the towel 😭
How we feelin @EvDoWork ? I just like to check the Kolek temp every once in a while 😂
I’m always astonished by the number of small business owners who are literally SCARED to do video content of any sort. If you ebring it up they act like you asked them to do something illegal. I’m not talking about anon type biz…these people shake hands, take calls, FaceTime customers every single day.
It’s still cheap but the rug pulls coming in faster and faster these days ! Thanks @deepseek_ai 🙃
