I’d say seeing Paul Simon surprise appearance playing 20 mins last nite, day 2 at @Newportfolkfest was a good result, all part of Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats tribute set… #PaulSimon #newportfolkfestival

So well done Glastonbury! Regardless of lineup (or weather) still the best 5 days a fan of music can have, but I see 20+ acts here I’d dash across Worthy Farm to see already, and there’s so much more to come #Glastonbury2022 #Glastonbury
Here is the first Glastonbury Festival 2022 line-up poster, which includes our final two Pyramid Stage headliners: @PaulMcCartney (Saturday) and @kendricklamar (Sunday). Many more acts and attractions still to be announced.
It was great to have spent time interviewing @pooranisekar on how Gen Y & Z are changing definitions of what 'banks' and 'banking' are all about, for a new series of insights for @archiegroup #FintechNews #fintech
Check out Archies own conversation with @CelerityITLLC fintech partner @pooranisekar!
Poorani talks about how Gen Y & Z aren't following the rules and how #fintechs can offer their services to traditional banks.

Yes, I’m well aware England aren’t playing at #wembleystadium today, but 36 years ago today, this guy played there and it was my first of 20+ @springsteen gigs, with an appearance by @StevieVanZandt for 4 song encore #brucespringsteen #springsteen
A (longest) day late, but 35 yrs ago in a dusty hot field in Milton Keynes. Simple Minds The Cult The Bangles, The Waterboys, In Tua Nua, while France-Brazil QF went to penalties and The Cure were playing Glastonbury @simplemindscom @officialcult @SusannaHoffs @WaterboysMusic
Even in France it’s happening… “It’s also striking to see the depths to which political discourse has sunk in a country that prides itself on its capacity for highbrow public debate and the spotlight it reserves for intellectuals” nytimes.com/2021/06/02/opini…

I had so much appreciation and love for this country on past visits, and yet became so disappointed on so many fronts in the time since my last visit there in 2012, many of which are pointed out here #Myanmar #Burma nytimes.com/2021/02/18/opini…

What an absolutely tragic way to spend four years. Americans will look back for generations and wonder how we could have possibly done that to ourselves. Those who worked for or enabled Trump should have a stain that follows them forever.
Great choice (would also have been a great secretary of state pick). He was a guest lecturer for a course seminar I took 10 yrs ago this semester at @JacksonYale on the Middle East (just as Arab spring/awakening took off) taught by @MarwanMuasher nytimes.com/2021/01/11/us/po…
