This is what I'm here for. I can't wait for our own Rosey the robot at home

Important safety tip; thanks Egon!
PSA: To use daybreak, sign in with your hardware key, not a random passkey. Otherwise, you will get cyber refusals due to improper authentication.

This is fucking awesome.
Cyberattacks now outpace the defenses of even well-resourced organizations. Factory can help. Introducing Factory Wargames: We will simulate a nation-state level attack on your company's infrastructure and cover the cost. Apply below and if selected, we'll run the simulation, share our learnings, and Droids will help with the fix for free.

my spidey senses are telling me the labs are, as we speak, using unguardrailed versions of their unreleased models to systematically reverse-engineer ALL of the internet’s software, apps, and games, then feeding the reconstructed source code straight into their training pipelines while simultaneously building guardrails to ladder-pull the rest of us

For those interested, here's how I run fully local realtime voice at home with OpenClaw (& Home Assistant): - local wake word - STT - Voice Activity detection - per person voice ID (great for families) - TTS (w/ voice cloning) - LLM (Qwen3.8 Flash Next or smaller for speed)

github.com/VACInc/clawvoice Point your top agent at it and enjoy! The faster the better for all of it (aka whatever top hardware you have that's not being used most the time). Some work might still be required depending on what hardware you decide to use at any point in the pipeline In theory it should all easily fit on your Strix box if you have the room and might even be plenty speed wise too Feel free to poke if you have questions/concerns/hostile disagreements

If the Great AI Pausening in America is upon us, here's an idea: Fight it w/ logic, discussion & explanation. Combat it w/ ideas to work together. Explain AI to people. Attacking w/ hostility & speaking down on people won't cut it. That's what got us here in the first place

This. Teach and enable others. That's how you grow while helping others as well. Especially in these times where so many don't really understand or grasp what AI can really do
Don't want to get fired or replaced in your job? Do the right thing, treat people the right way, and do well. It isn't hard...

Let’s go: Alex Krentsel replicated MIT’s weight-space programming experiment across model generations and found a sharp capability jump. The latest models generated Breakout networks without training or tools that scored up to 22Γ— the RL-trained baseline!
i've reproduced the results from the MIT blog post today on weight-space programming. but one additional result i have to add: this is a new, step-change emerging capability that's appeared in just the latest set of models.

'Twas the night before elections, and all through the land, not a pollster was sleeping, with crosstabs in hand. The yard signs were planted in rows on the lawn, and the robocalls promised they'd stop come the dawn. The voters were nestled all snug in their beds, while thirty-second attack ads replayed in their heads. And I in my hoodie, with Doritos and beer, had just settled in for the longest night of the year. When out on Steve Kornacki's map rose such a clatter, I sprang from the couch to see what was the matter. He zoomed into counties I'd never heard named, in khakis so pressed they could never be blamed. Then down came the candidates, eager and spry. "Now Talarico! Now Paxton! Texas, give it a try! On Husted! On Sherrod! Ohio's dead even! On Hinson and Turek, Iowa's still weavin'!" "To Ossoff in Georgia, and Collins to boot! And Maine's Susan Collins, still 'deeply concerned,' to the root!" Troy Jackson rolled up with his sleeves pushed up high, while El-Sayed and Rogers fought Michigan's sky. Vivek ran his ad, and the backlash was swift, as Amy Acton's poll numbers got a nice lift. In Florida, Donalds and Jolly squared off, while DeSantis just waved from the term-limit trough. Greg Abbott faced Hinojosa, still taking it strong, Bottoms and Jackson made Georgia sing its own song. In Kansas, Roger Marshall gave a nervous sweat, since Hamilton made it the tightest race yet. Dan Osborn's in Nebraska with no D on the line, just a man and a tractor saying "independent's fine." And Alaska's ranked choice left the whole nation sore, as we counted, re-counted, then counted some more. The mailers stacked up like a snowdrift of lies, each candidate "fighting for you!" (Big surprise.) And somewhere a PAC with a name like "Freedom Eagles" spent eight million bucks on some stock photos of beagles. But the vote counters spoke not a word, went straight to their work, and they tallied each ballot (no tweet and no smirk). Then laying a finger beside a "Too Close To Call," the anchors announced, "We'll know Thursday. Or fall." Then the TV chyron flashed, and I heard someone say, "Go vote, you beautiful people. Polls close at eight. Get out of the way!" So happy Election Night to all, and to all a good fight. May your polling place have snacks and your sticker stay tight. πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ

It really is insane and awesome. With DSv4.1 Flash at home, it really does feel like you have infinite inference compute. And yet, there's still more to come!

I’m building this from Telegram whilst having my morning coffee using local models and @openclaw. Full gameplay and even β€œlink” to swap pokemon between two qwen models is somewhat half baked. Full sauce-code coming!

For those that think the upgrade will be a steal πŸ™ƒ If you're lucky when all is said and done MAYBE the total is close to the original MSRP of the Pro 6000 IF you were lucky enough to grab a 5090 close to its original MSRP
Replying to @LLMJunky
To reach 96GB, the modders will need to replace all the existing memory on the 5090 and add 3GB modules to a completely new board. So the 32GB that exists on the 5090 already would not be used (they are 16 2GB modules, 8 on each side) So at $100 per 3GB module, you'd spend $3,200 just on the vram, not including the labor and board. Upgrade likely going to run you $5K-$6K if I had to guess.
