The VBT Desk is pleased to announce the purchase of a digital handheld printer for ministry. Pastor Othniel Hinckson of Spirit Life Church in Texas was on hand to dedicate the new device. This was made possible through God, generous partners, Bitcoin, @geyserfund & @freedomiacard
Today, the VBT met with Chief Timakata, MP, and Jack Matariki, leaders of the Fakamae language community from Emae Island. This was a major step toward the development of a groundbreaking new #language preservation and #translation project currently in the works. More to come!

Speakers of the Havai language of Ambae Island dedicated their NT audio recording at Sarabulu Church in Port Vila, Vanuatu. Notably, it was a joint Protestant-Catholic celebration, with the prayer of dedication given by the Bishop of Port-Vila, Bishop Jean Basco Baremes.
The local leaders behind this current translation and audio recording are optimistic the Bible will come alive for people who traditionally prefer oral communication styles. Once the Bible comes alive, people can know they are deeply loved by God #scriptureengagement
At the end of the ceremony, people watched a portion of a Gospel film in the Havai language. The film was shown with the help of an Acclaimer, a portable film projector device made by @AudioBible – at Vanuatu
