@HP the last black ink you sent me on this Instant Ink subscription was in 2024. We have been out of ink for months. We *Continually* contact your support w/ no resolution. I can't get it shipped. We're spending money at UPS to print.
There is absolutely nothing more infuriating as a printer subscription. HP is making it so no one ever wants to print another page in their lives. I cannot tell you how terrible the customer service is, the product is junk, and they have 0 accountability. Just want to cash checks
