Yes. It is an ugly, unfinished, broken mess of a game. This game and its reception caused irreparable damage to the IP. The state it released in was and still is inexcusable. Soundtrack slaps though.

One Shawn Layden quote that always come to mind for me "I green-lit Ratchet & Clank for PS4. And at the time, you know, the sales and marketing people were going, ‘No one wants to play that old game Ratchet and Clank.’" Then the game went on to sell 7 million copies lol
