Background- Apparently in certain instances in order to resolve an Investor complaint, Fortress or one its principals(Rathore or Petrozza), would pay out that particular Investor & replace them the project. 1/5
In Dec 2024 FAAN Trustee submitted a court order that the Fortress Holdback and any other future distributions payable to Fortress and/or its principals be distributed on a pro rata basis to the Investors in the respective projects.
