Unfortunately, the entire Department of Homeland Security (DHS), while allegedly an agency of the US government, is actually an agency of Israel Incorporated. Never state anything that is not relevant to the matter you put before the court and never think that MORE is better regarding same.

If you ever find yourself in a position to cross examine a cop on the stand, you can have a WONDERFUL time with this one. Especially in regards to any "traffic ticket".

2. Police Officer.
3. Transportation.
4. Motor Vehicle
5. Vehicle.
6. Drive, and any grammatical variation thereof (driver, driving, driven, etc.)

If the cop has no idea what any of these mean, and especially if they give contradictory answers for these terms, they are incompetent to give testimony on the stand for the ticket that they wrote out and you should move the court to strike ALL of their testimony from the record.
