NEW: Yesterday, @CalMatters published a sympathetic profile on a “Fresno father” who was “suddenly” deported by ICE to MX. He told the outlet he’s not a criminal & doesn’t know why he was targeted.
However, I’m told by federal sources that he has been deported from the U.S. five times before, he has an active deportation order, he has pending felony aggravated assault charges from November 2025, he has decades old convictions for DUI w/ bodily injury & negligent discharge of a firearm that resulted in prison sentences, and he admitted in a consensual interview w/ ICE that he’s been a member of the Fresno Bulldogs street gang.
I’m told his real name is LUIS ALBERTO ARREGUIN-VILLA, and he was previously deported from the US in 1994, 1996, 1998, 2003, and 2005, and that he admitted in an interview that he last crossed illegally into the U.S. in 2005 near San Ysidro, CA.
Under federal law, illegal re-entry after deportation is a felony via 8 USC 1326. He has illegally re-entered at least five times.
None of this context appears in the Cal Matters report.

My biggest concern is that if there is a clean sweep by Democrats of the House, Senate and Presidency in 2028, they will:
1. Make DC and Puerto Rico states to gain a strong majority in the Senate.
2. Open the borders and legalize everyone living in America illegally to cement a permanent majority.
3. Increase the size of the Supreme Court to gain an immediate majority.
This would result in America becoming a permanent one-party state and the end of democracy in any meaningful sense of the word.
All that is needed to ensure this doesn’t happen is 51 Republican senators in 2029. That is why you should vote for Republican senators this election. Other reasons are irrelevant compared to this one.

Incredibly damning testimony from Kristin Knouse in which she is forced confirm that she selectively released and excerpted texts with @DMSabatini to create a false impression about the nature of her relationship with him.
The Whitehead Institute relied on Knouse’s misleading production of texts in its investigation of Sabatini. The investigation and the investigative report were the basis for Sabatini’s dismissal from Whitehead, the elimination of his tenure at @MIT and his loss of funding from HHMI.
I have only one ask of these institutions:
Listen to this testimony and ask yourself why the Whitehead, MIT and HHMI should not be forced to revisit its findings and the resulting actions that resulted.
Institutional character and morality matters. You convicted Sabatini and destroyed him on the basis of false information provided to you.
How can you not revisit the harm that you have caused to David now that the facts are known and been confirmed by a jury of seven women and six men in a three week trial with the benefit of the actual evidence and testimony?
When a man is convicted of a crime that he did not convict based on false testimony, and the courts ultimately reverse the decision based on DNA evidence, he is released from prison and he receives compensation for the damage caused to him by the state.
As far as MIT, Whitehead and HHMI are concerned, David is still in prison. It is time that you release him.

It’s an administrative hearing (not a lawsuit) in Georgia’s Office of State Administrative Hearings. The Secretary of State is challenging Democrat David Dillie for House District 161, claiming a ballot cast in his name in Nevada’s June primary cost him Georgia residency under state law. Dillie denies voting there. His godfather testified the ballot was accidentally submitted during a “training exercise” for foster youth using real ballots, couldn’t name the signer, and invoked the Fifth.

Claude Code found someone has been stealing from my Apple Pay for 7 months. i contacted Apple and they refused to help. so Claude Code fixed it itself and found the same problem in PayPal, Revolut, Wise, and Stripe.
my girlfriend noticed it first. she checked her bank statement and saw a $3.99 charge she didn't recognize. then a $2.49 the week before. then more. she showed me and i checked mine. same thing. small charges every few days going back 7 months. $2.49. $5.99. $1.99. always under $6. never enough to trigger a notification.
her total: $2,340. mine: $4,712. both through Apple Pay.
the charges were going to services we never signed up for. names like "CloudSync Pro" and "DataVault+" and "StreamKit Premium." fake subscriptions to platforms that don't exist.
i contacted Apple support. 40 minutes on the phone. they said "we reviewed your account and don't see any unauthorized activity. all transactions were authenticated with Face ID." i told them neither of us made those purchases. they said "we consider this matter closed."
so i connected both iPhones to my MacBook and ran Claude Code.
on my phone it found an active Apple Pay token linked to a device in Shenzhen:

→ active since → March 2026
→ total charges → $4,712 across 7 months

on her phone it found the same thing from the same city:

→ total charges → $2,340 across 6 months
→ merchant → HK Digi***Pay Ltd (flagged as shell company)
same city. similar IPs. both running the same scheme. small fake subscriptions through cloned device tokens that Apple authenticates automatically because the token is valid. they didn't steal our cards. they stole our device identities.
Claude Code revoked both cloned tokens, killed every session except our physical devices, and generated a full transaction report with timestamps that Apple said didn't exist.
i sent both reports to Apple. they refunded everything within 48 hours. the same team that told me the matter was closed.
then i asked Claude Code to scan every other payment app on both phones.
PayPal → 3 cards i "deleted" in 2024 still had active billing tokens. 2 of them were being charged monthly by services i cancelled years ago. Claude Code revoked every token.
Revolut → an active session from a device in Jakarta she never owned. logged in since January. mirroring her card in real time. Claude Code terminated the session and rotated the card keys.
Wise → my passport and 2 years of bank statements still accessible through their API even though i deleted my documents in 2025. Claude Code blocked the access and forced a purge.
Stripe → 14 websites i bought something from once still had my full card stored with an active charge token. Claude Code revoked all of them.
i contacted support for every single one of these apps before running Claude Code. PayPal said deleted cards are "fully removed." Revolut said "we don't see unrecognized sessions." Wise said "documents are deleted after account closure." none of it was true.
Claude Code didn't just find the problems. it fixed them. revoked tokens, killed sessions, rotated keys, blocked API access. everything their support teams told me was impossible.

BREAKING: Israeli police have arrested 7 suspects, including 3 school principals, in a vote buying scheme involving Mansour Abbas’s Ra’am party.
Investigators uncovered cash, envelopes containing thousands of shekels, and election materials.
Voters were offered ₪200 to ₪300 per household in exchange for political support.
