We've run this validator for seven years — 2,285 delegators, 271M ONE, 99.8% lifetime uptime. We're still working through the governor program details with the Harmony team and will post again once we have answers. Questions in the replies, we'll answer what we can.

The mechanic: any vault depositor can call compound() and receive 0.9% of the vault's total pending rewards. The bounty isn't weighted by the caller's stake. The dashboard shows the next-caller bounty live.
