I've been a big fan of @Yieldnodes since joining December 2020 and have just seen their email.
One of the things I really liked was their #UX / communication.
However, I feel today's email was unclear- there needs to be clarification in the coming hours/days.

Q: What happend on 8th? Why was there any last-minute reliance on Binance for Yieldnodes withdrawals?
Surely part of the reason for the withdrawal window & 3-week timeframe was so assets could be liquidised in a planned manner and placed in a custodial wallet ready to send?
I feel Yieldnodes has always been transparent and their communications have always been clear and concise.
But today's email needs further clarification.
Many people are now concerned about their funds and where they stand.
