So, I am told that the @PasighatSP police are approaching the court to search the legal chambers of the lawyer representing three anti-dam activists: Ebo Mili, Otul Jerang, and Tajong Talom. If the police had done their job, the massive violence in Pasighat would not have happened on Friday and Saturday night. Who are they fooling while trying to hide their incompetence? The Pasighat SP and SDPO are IPS officers, under whose guidance stun grenades and tear gas were used against peaceful protesters. This spiralled into a massive show of anger and violence that went out of control for both the Gen Z protesters and the police. Who takes responsibility for this police intelligence failure?
