We were expected to design characters as they weren't done. Background concepts that weren't designed. Our own props do layouts. All of these jobs that were meant for design to give us a stock.
These were not the job of the board artist.

I was paid around $10/hr for that episode of Striker. One of the biggest issues was due to a hidden software update that was erasing my work every hour and I had to redo everything for the first month or so until I found the issue.

I'ma lay it flat for the all who see this in their TL.
I follow a lotta VTubers, but there are some who I choose not to follow, purely on the principle of how they choose to conduct themselves toward others in a public space.
I also ain't the sort to call 'em all out on perceived speculations; goodness knows there's plenty enough who'll pull that like a Slot Machine at a casino.
But if I do interact with any of them, I will keep it formal, but I ain't forgettin' the stuff they've pulled on others in the past or present.
I guess what I'm tryin' to say is: Remember to always be kind to one another. We all got our little communities, and we should all be mature enough to practice tolerance of one another, instead of acting upon any form of harassment or discrimination.
Everyone belongs somewhere, so ya'll be sure to be on ya best behavior and be considerate and chill with others who you may encounter in life.
