Good list, but I'd skip the trivia part. Anyone can Google the Kuleshov effect in ten seconds. What I'd look for is someone who can keep doing the stuff you listed every week for months, because with clips one video tells you almost nothing. I run an experimental clip channel just to figure out if there's some secret sauce, and honestly it's like fishing. Same editor, same channel, one Short gets 7 views and the next gets 2.7K, and I couldn't tell you why. But it kept going and it's at 47.6K views and 106 watch hours since Oct 10 (screenshots below). So far consistency is the only sauce I've found. Creators, clips are marketing. One clip won't bring the boys to the yard, and if you're banking on going ultra viral you'll end up saying clips don't work for you. Give it a run and some time.
