Chemotherapy for pets is drastically different than in humans.
Our top priority over anything else is quality of life. We will not pursue chemotherapy if it does not improve the quality of life of our patient.
You still don’t have to do it, but I think it is much more humane.
pets getting cancer is sad but putting pets through chemotherapy is sadder. Fluffy can never understand why your medicine is making him sicker for the last part of his 10 year life span. just manage his pain and send him out on a high note
