- Each major "X-Men title" must sell at least 6M copies within their first year of release across PS5 & PC, in order for PlayStation to maintain their licensing agreement.
- Otherwise, Marvel can terminate the agreement, and the X-Men IP rights will revert back to them.
- Marvel would then be allowed to shop the X-Men IP to other publishers, like EA or XBOX.
