🚨🇵🇱 POLAND’S CONSTITUTIONAL CRISIS JUST GOT PHYSICAL
President Nawrocki cut short a trip to Senegal and rushed back to Warsaw after police were deployed around the Constitutional Tribunal and its leadership was suspended.
The judge now claiming control of the court refused entry to anyone, including the president.
Outside, the Tribunal’s suspended leadership and opposition politicians were trying to get back in as police held the perimeter and protesters pushed against the gates.
Poland’s fight over who actually controls its highest constitutional court has officially spilled out of the courtroom and into the street.

Polish politicians suspect Tusk of intending to introduce a state of emergency in the country.
Members of the Polish Sejm, Przemysław Wipler and Sławomir Mentzen, simultaneously published a letter from the Deputy Chief Commander of the Polish Police, addressed to all regional police commanders, including the commander of the Warsaw police.
The letter was sent on October 29th. It contains an order to put all police units on high alert from November 2nd to 8th, while also ensuring that police units are equipped with the means to suppress mass unrest, including submachine guns and other tactical equipment.
