Vigsir (Iriam US)

This is something I've been hearing since before I started streaming: IRIAM is NOT a dating app. But tbh, the biggest problem is that IRIAM itself takes no active role in shaping the community of streamers or the providing of guidance. Apply, interview, discussion about setting up social media, discussion about the artwork, final okay, set a date to debut, debut, just keep hammering it out. There is no training or guidance. There is no mentorship or otherwise shadowing someone until you are ready to go solo. There is no regular mental health check in, considering the chaos/velocity/etc of the role. I think that the wrinkles/stress points/fractures in the community can be traced back to the lack of proper planning and reinforcement/guidance/assist from IRIAM_US. If people are so concerned about the nature and quality of the community... then they should get IRIAM_US to engage the community. Actively. They don't have to be a manager... but they also can't be hands off and assume a fire that bursts into life in the field is just going to quietly extinguish itself either.
