My papers usually offer a rational explanation so going straight to "level 3 irrationality" was fun 😂 The paper can be found here tinyurl.com/mr22ecud
I made up this idea of "level 3 irrationality" to describe why I like Baradehi, @dmuravyev, and Bogousslavsky's excellent study of momentum and reversal. "Level 3" is barely irrational, so it's hard to fix and arbitrage away. Is there a proper notion of this out there?
