Trump DOJ writes in its emergency filing today:
"California also does not refute that it will tabulate ballots from individuals
charged with federal voting crimes or that it has registered upwards of 1,500 noncitizens to vote in federal elections before.
The number of noncitizen voters California has admitted to registering
(1,500) could change the outcome of an election."

No one should have to deal with an election system this complicated and riggable.
The conservative majority needs to save the Republic.
US Supreme Court Justice Elena Kagan accused the court’s conservative supermajority of undercutting democracy, saying recent rulings had created a “race to the bottom” in redistricting and a “nightmare” of unlimited election spending. news.bloomberglaw.com/us-law…
People = Christians; gunmen = Islamists.
Islamists didn’t open fire on a church, they opened fire on Christians.

Because some states refuse to verify citizenship and detect fraud, prosecutors must deter the commission of election crimes.

"The law is clear. The cases are real. The solution is straightforward: only citizens can vote, and we will enforce that rule," said U.S. Attorney Ellis Boyle. "Any person who chooses to break that sanctity of the N C ballot booth, know this: we are watching, we will find you, AND we will prosecute you."

Breaking: Trump DOJ case alleging 20k non-citizen midterm CA ballots is scheduled for oral arguments before 9th Circuit tomorrow. Two out of three are Trump-appointed judges.

In their recent court filing to the 9th circuit, CA says that the DOJ has a "slipshod" system to verify citizenship. That is a hoot. Whatever the DOJ has, it's better than what California says they have, which is nothing.
We don’t need no darn transparency.
U.S. Senate candidate @TroyJackson (D-ME) on Trump administration plan to monitor midterm election: "We don't need people coming from Washington to make it harder or scare people off from voting. To me, that's what it is."

Back in 2024, we foresaw this type of activity being an issue. Proud to have worked with leaders like @MichaelWatsonMS and @JeremyEnglandMS who had the foresight to tackle this issue and get this law on the books.
This morning, we notified the Scott Colom for Senate campaign that Mississippi law prohibits deepfake political ads. And we are pleased to announce that they have removed the ads from their social media. Election integrity is important and this office is committed to ensuring public trust in the electoral process.

Americans deserve confidence that every vote cast is legal and every election is secure. Proof of citizenship to register. Voter ID to vote. It's common sense.

"#RCV is complicated and confusing.
"For the 2022 and 2024 General Elections, thousands of ballots didn’t count because of mistakes in marking the ballot and the phenomenon of exhausted ballots."
