I’m starting to think the script goes something like this:
-GOP winning election deep into night
-Dems begin mail-in ballot dumps or attempt to stall/extend election
-Trump admin shuts down the steal
-Dems cry that Trump “stole” election
So essentially 2020, but Trump shuts down the steal this time.
This would fit in with the narrative that the Dems are building. They have been screeching for months about Trump sending DOJ/FBI/DHS agents to seize tabulation machines/ballots, or to arrest election officials, or declaring foreign interference, or declaring a national emergent and sending ICE/US MIL to polling stations.
And as seen by the post below, the Dems/MSM seem to also be creating the narrative that elections flipping in the middle of the night is totally “normal”. As if they intend to steal it again in the middle of the night with massive ballot dumps in deep blue counties.
I think the Dems plan to steal it, and Trump plans to stop it, and both sides know each others’ intentions.
As for what happens, we shall see. The Dems could just be blowing smoke and over exaggerating. Or maybe they know something is coming.

One of my favourite details about Michael Mann’s Thief (1981) is that the corrupt cop trying to shake down James Caan was played by the real-life jewel thief who helped inspire Caan’s character.
One of the thieves who trained Caan was John Santucci, a real-life Chicago professional thief who was one of the main inspirations for Frank. Santucci served as a consultant on Thief and also appears in the film as Sergeant Urizzi, the corrupt Chicago vice cop who harasses and shakes down Frank.
Santucci had only recently been paroled when he joined the production. He supplied the filmmakers with his own collection of burglary tools. Under his supervision, Caan spent weeks learning how to use specialised drills, hydraulic pullers and high-temperature thermal lances.
