Time for a bit of sightseeing - Zhouzhang Ancient Town about 45min SE of Suzhou.
Interesting foods eaten this trip to China include: chicken feet, frog and octopus. What interesting foods have you eaten lately?
Sometimes you shouldn't ask what's in it. This evening it was spicy Sichuan frog legs.
Octopus pizza. Watch closely. Yes it is moving. No it's not alive. I know how it moves, do you?
Xiao long bao (soup dumplings) one of my favorites... think of them as traditional dumplings partially filled with warm soup.
Things don't always go as planned. Nothing that a minor design and tooling change can't fix. This emphasizes the need to make these trips.
