A re-entry close up of what we believe is a #Chinese #LongMarch 3B third stage launched on December 16th 2019 breaking up over the entire #SpaceCoast at 6:17 AM Nov. 8th 2025! Incredible!

RECORD COLD HIGH in Southwest Florida today, shattering the old record by as much as 8 degrees. Highs struggled to get out of the 40s, briefly reaching the lower 50s...our coldest afternoon since Christmas 2022. 🥶 @WINKNews

TROPICAL UPDATE: Odds for development have been bumped up to 40% as of Saturday evening. Monitor mode for now. @WINKNews
TROPICAL UPDATE: Here's the current tropical steering for late into the upcoming week. A weakness in a ridge of high pressure occurs from the eastern Gulf of Mexico, to Florida, to the Atlantic. It's why you're seeing most model ensemble track possibilities within that gap. But there are so many moving parts and uncertainties...also why you're seeing a large spread in models too. We're just monitoring for now, nothing more. Plenty of time to see how things evolve (or don't evolve). I'll keep you posted. @WINKNews

TROPICAL UPDATE: NHC makes the disturbance in the Atlantic an official area to monitor. Too early for specifics on track and intensity, plenty of model disagreement. Stick with @WINKNews for the latest.

TROPICAL UPDATE: Tropical development odds have increased to now 40% for the eastern tropical wave. Will likely head towards the Caribbean over the next week. Big spread in computer models after, stay tuned. @WINKNews
