Last but not least Year 9 also heard from @alex_thorne from @MizunoGolfEU in conversation with Mr Quartermaine earlier in March about his work in the golf industry. #betterneverstops @waingelscareers @PeWaingels
We also had a fascinating talk from @MikeVolc for Year 10 on the 10th March about his career in volcanology - we hope you can visit us when restrictions allow! #betterneverstops @waingelscareers @WaingelsScience
Huge thanks for @BarnesFitness for a really interesting careers talk this afternoon for Year 9. Some really interesting discussion points about career changes and following your dream #betterneverstops @waingelscareers @WaingelsScience
Some super tricky Science and Maths questions on University Challenge tonight - not a PB night for me tonight #UniversityChallenge
Looking forward to welcoming all of our pupils back this week and committing to posting more often on here! First up my new "Women and Girls in Science" display in honour of #InternationalWomensDay
We've really missed being able to work closely with @sciencemuseum @learningSMG over the last year. Why not take a look at their virtual tour ready for when we can visit again! @WaingelsScience

I'm excited to announce the launch of a new Virtual Outreach session with our new circuit equipment. Sessions can be via Teams with use of the loaned equipment or we can loan for your own use with supported resources. Get in touch for more information
We have 11 sets of the equipment in the picture allowing small group work across 1 or 2 classes at time. We also have COVID secure procedures in place to ensure the safe movement of equipment between schools #stem #outreach #betterneverstops
Looking forwards to working with @SonningPrimary next week and @RivermeadPS after Christmas #outreach #community
