Frustrating few hours, we needed to cancel a flight, getting passed between @Expedia and @British_Airways neither party says they can cancel, each referring to the other, still no clarification, nightmare
Delighted to join the movement supporting artists, raising funds, awareness and positivity @artistsupportpledge #artistsupportpledge #art #painting instagram.com/p/B-PYKvbHeKk/…

Following a powercut our pumps have been affected.
This is affecting customers in the #Darlington area with low pressure/no water.
We have an electrician on their way
Thank you for your patience with this
Louise
Great news, thanks @nwater_care

Further Update
Everyone should have water, but some will have low pressure.
We have a technician who is set to attend and open some valves to improve this, so pressure should build over this morning.
