@crystalski I booked a WHOLE hotel for EXCLUSIVE USE, a £50 000 booking! You BROKE THE CONTRACT and sold rooms to the public and my agent can't get a SIMPLE REPLY on whether we can move forward with our PLANNED EVENTS. 2.5 months I have waited. THIS IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!!!!!!

@crystalski I'm livid. Booked an ENTIRE HOTEL a year ahead for a 72 guest ski holiday. Written confirmation promised EXCLUSIVE USE, yet 5 beds are being sold to the public, that were not sold to me!? You're causing untold pain, I am taking legal action if this isn't sorted TODAY
Since this incident took place I am still waiting for @rsagroup to respond to my claim and resolve this clear #hitandrun #Amazon
@rsagroup can you provide a direct number I can call to resolve this. You have ignored my emails and so I need to speak directly before this extends to 3 months, where you are costing me money
