Hey everyone, Fossabot will be undergoing temporary infrastructure maintenance this evening to upgrade and patch various core components/servers, to ensure Fossabot's systems remain secure. This may result in brief (less than 60 seconds) interruptions to service, and is expected. If anything goes wrong and Fossabot experiences a longer-lived service disruption, the Discord will include all relevant updates: fossabot.com/discord Apologies for the inconvenience!

we did invent it and it's called OIDC federation vercel and github actions do it: - each deploy gets a short-lived signed token - AWS/npm/other services verify it via trust policy - you get temporary creds no keys to paste the problem is not enough APIs and services accept it

Wait so does that mean they haven’t contained the attacker yet if they want you to rotate but not deploy new keys?

It’s such a shame bc YouTube could’ve won both video and music And it’s the most unforced errors from a product team who can’t overcome these issues because of some dumb shit I’m sure If I didn’t have to, I wouldnt pay for Spotify
