Not sure I’ve met one. Never really cared people can do what they want but I defend women’s rights.

Today in 1415, an English army led by Henry V defeats a much larger French force near Calais at Azincourt (or Agincourt).
A play by Shakespeare will later immortalize the battle:
"Gentlemen in England shall think themselves accursed they were not here."

Interesting angle: Britain built 131,549 aircraft during WWII.
Square mile for square mile, that’s roughly:
⚡ 2× Germany’s rate
⚡ 15× the USA’s rate
⚡ 77× the Soviet Union’s rate

BREAKING NEWS
Prime Minister Andy Burnham has announced new rules regarding tins of beans and sausages.
His statement- "I know many people have been concerned about the cost of living recently. I get it. And I refuse to believe there's nothing I can do to help. I will shortly be announcing new initiatives to help vegans and Muslims to make ends meet when doing the weekly shop. But today I'm announcing new rules to help everyone else. From November 1st all 400 gram tins of Beans and Sausages will contain at least 10, yes 10 mini sausages.
At present, some manufacturers are getting away with just 6 or 7. But the minimum will be 10 in future. This is just one example of the assistance @UKLabour are giving to households across the country. If you have a family of five, we can now guarantee everyone will get at least two mini sausages amongst their beans".

I'm getting a sick and tired of people knocking electric cars when they clearly don't know what they're talking about.
I own two top-of-the-range EVs: a Jaguar and a Porsche.
The acceleration is incredible, the handling is superb, and they both lo fantastic.
Running costs are pennies, maintenance is practically non-existent, and neither has lost a penny. in value since I bought it.
Honestly, my only complaint is that if i take a corner a bit too enthusiastical' they fly off the track and disappear under the sofa.

🚜 AXE THE TAX!

Our family farms are fighting for their future, standing up for generations of hard work, dedication and the British farming industry. 🇬🇧
I can’t help but notice some Americans are using Tesla demoing a shell concept car hopping for two seconds as some kind of global claim of technical superiority.
Well…
Thrust-based vertical manoeuvring? Developed in Britain in 1957, culminating in the Harrier Jump Jet, with the P.1127 making its first hover in 1960.
And the upside-down car stuff? That’s fan-generated downforce, already demonstrated by British car company McMurtry with its electric Spéirling, which has been destroying track records around the world for the last few years using that exact technology.
So let’s not confuse demonstrating an existing engineering principle for the first time in a Tesla prototype to inventing the underlying technology. And the difference is, both the Harrier and McMurtry are real world products, not vastly adapted prototypes designed for a single demonstration.
Rule Britannia, spiffing stuff boys and all that. 🇬🇧
