Back on sugar beet, 20 x 29 ton loads going into @BritishSugar factory at Newark today. That’s roughly 70,000 1kg bags of sugar, top quality british food. 12 miles field to factory. 👌😃 @NFUSugar @NFUEastMidlands @RhondaT40 @CWrightandSons

Models continue to show horrendous conditions from #StormEunice tomorrow across much of southern England and the Midlands. The timing (during a working day) and fact it’s passing over highly populated areas make upgrade to red warning likely. Take extreme care.

As predicted warning now upgraded to amber for much of England and Wales. A high impact storm is now likely. See pic for what to expect in a high impact windstorm. Worth taking precautions now and stay tuned for updates as exact areas affected likely to change.

Word of the day is 'roundaboutation' (19th century): bloviating or evasive talk that focuses on everything but the subject in hand.
